Human Rights - Savannah

For the past week we have been learning about human rights and what it can mean to us in social studies. What does Human Rights mean to me? Well it means a lot of different meanings such as, we should all be treated equally and it shouldn’t matter what colour, religion, race, language etc you are you shouldn’t be treated differently. I have chosen starving children as one of my images because people don’t realise how fortunate they are to be able to feed themselves and their family. There are 3.1 million children dying each year due to starvation. These kids shouldn’t have to live like this. They should be able to live a healthy life without having any food shortages. What I'm trying to say is we as people should have FREEDOM and the right to be HEARD. Just remember we are no different to others no matter who or what you are.

Food and Digestion

Today I will be describing teeth. The purpose of teeth is for one obvious reason, eating food. There are three types of teeth in a human's mouth, canine teeth are for tearing and ripping meat off a bone, they are also the sharpest teeth. Then there are molars for crushing and grinding as well. The last tooth sort is an incisor. They are used for biting or cutting food. All teeth are located in the top and bottom of the mouth.

I have found out that we have 20 molars in total in our mouth, 8 incisors, 4 canines. So in total that is 32 teeth in an adult's mouth unless you had an accident and don’t have 32.
