NORTH KOREA & NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT
This term we have been learning about the differences between the North Korean and New Zealand government. There a lot more things we don’t have in common compared to North Korea, but not very many similarities.
North Korea is dictatorship because Kim Jong-Un the president of North Korea rules, controls and runs the entire country. He’s the top dog. He forces his people to vote for him and if they don’t he will sentence them to death. As for New Zealand we have a Prime Minister currently our prime minister is Jacinda Ardern, we aren’t forced to vote for her every year we have a selection of electives.
Some of the similarities are, we both have leaders NZ- Jacinda Ardern, North Korea- Kim Jong-Un, both legal voting ages are 18+. The differences are they aren’t allowed out of there country, we have more rights because their leader took theirs away from them, if somebody disrespects the North Korean leader that person's whole bloodline will be sent to death and more sad things are brought upon the residents of North Korea.
In conclusion I have learnt a lot about the North Korean government and never thought that a country could ever be living in such a neglected way like they are. I’m grateful New Zealand isn’t being run how North Korea is because I don’t think anyone would be able to deal with it. Personally I feel that we are a very lucky country. This is all that I have learnt about the North Korean and New Zealand Government differences and similarities.
